Returns
Eligibility:
You have 24 hours to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Process:
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at jerseyfanaticbd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Conditions:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have to return for any mistake then you have to pay the delivery charge and return charge again/
You can return your product to us through Sundarban Courier Service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
